Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

We want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, contact us within 10 days of delivery at info@tequilahermanos.com with your order number and photos of the item.

We'll offer a full refund or free replacement for:

• Items that arrive damaged or defective
• Items that don't match what you ordered

This policy doesn't cover: change-of-mind returns, orders with an incorrect address provided by the customer, or claims made after 10 days of delivery.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days once approved.
